About Infusion Hot Sauce

Fresh Ingredients
The heat in our sauces comes from fresh chilies. We use fresh garlic and the nest
vinegar. Instead of emulsiers, or dried out stu found lying around in a warehouse, we
go to the garden, pick the ripest ingredients, and start from scratch. Then we add salt,
sugar, and spices. We guarantee we don't use anything we can't pronounce.

Painstaking Process
We make FirePower, DragonFire and HyperNova sauces in small batches, with
painstaking attention to detail. We infuse the vinegar with chilies by a secret process. We
macerate the mixture in vinegar until the sauce reaches the pinnacle of perfection. When the sauce tastes just right, we blend the mixture, strain the seeds, and ll our bottles.

FirePower, DragonFire and HyperNova come from a talented chef, not a big corporation.
Years of hard won experience behind a stove have honed his talent and ability. In the
trenches of the nation's kitchens and food competitions he created just the right avor
prole for FirePower, DragonFire and HyperNova.

Hot sauce that won't strip mine your taste buds. We made FirePower, DragonFire and HyperNova with one goal in mind. Bring out the flavor in our favorite dishes. We're not kidding when we say you can put them on anything except ice cream.

FirePower is big, bold, and boisterous. Made from jalapenos, habaneros and red fresnos,
you may use it on hearty meats, barbecues, stews, chili and as a wake up call for your
morning eggs. This is the reason they paint fire engines red.

DragonFire is subtle and sophisticated. A nuanced approach to hot sauce, DragonFire
blends jalapeno and serrano peppers with more delicate passillas. It's a delicious
addition to any kind of chicken dish, pork tenderloin, grilled sh and seafood dishes.

HyperNova is an all-natural elixir that brings the heat to meats, fish, chili dishes, barbecue, and Asian foods. No chemicals, no additives, just a critical mass of chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, and inter-galactic starlight. Taste HyperNova and you’ll be convinced everything else is just hot

It started with a bumper crop of hot peppers. When a friend planted too many chilies in his backyard garden, our founder, Alan Kuzminsky knew just what to do. “We'll make hot sauce!”

That first batch, called Beelzebub's Nectar, was brewed up in the back yard. Don't worry, we produce Infusion Hot Sauces in a modern bottling facility now. It was such a hit we knew we were on to something. Something good, something strong, something we could take pride in making, and offer to people who love to cook and eat.

Infusion Hot Sauce was founded by Alan Kuzminsky. Cooking since the age of six, Alan started out helping with family holiday meals. Since then he has worked in all types of restaurants, holding every conceivable position in food production. In the 90's Alan moved to the supply side. Based in the Seafood Market at the Maryland Food Distribution Center, Alan served as an executive chef for commercial product development helping design international flight menus.
